About

We help independent properties get booked by AI agents directly, with no middleman taking a cut.

Vision

Making all lodging available to all AI agents.

For travelers, personalized trips.

For properties, more guests who book direct.

Why we do this

  1. 01

AI does the hotel search now

Finding a place to stay used to mean comparing search results and OTA listings yourself. Now ChatGPT and Gemini read the sites for the traveler and come back with places that fit. Whether a property gets found comes down to whether AI can read it.

  2. 02

Personalized trips, planned on a phone

"With kids, a room with its own hot tub, walking distance from the beach." A request that specific now takes one sentence to an AI on a phone. It pulls availability, rates and the local vibe into a trip built for that one person.

  3. 03

Booking is moving inside the AI

In August 2026, Google started testing booking inside its AI conversations in the US, with major OTAs and hotel chains as partners. If booking happens inside the AI answer, only the biggest players may make it in, and booking direct gets harder.

  4. 04

So the connection has to be open

If one company sits between AI and lodging, it decides which inns get found, and it takes a cut. We want any AI to read a property's rooms, rates and vibe straight from the property.

Where we work

We have worked across the Pacific from day one. Seattle keeps us close to the companies building AI agents; Tokyo keeps us close to the properties. Being in both lets us bring what is changing in AI to how rooms get booked, early.
