Terms

1. Scope

These terms set out the conditions on which a property may use the service. Using it means accepting them.

2. What the service does

It publishes your property information in a form an AI agent can read.

We are not a party to any accommodation contract and we do not broker or act as agent for a booking. A booking is made on your own booking page. We take no commission on it.

3. Accounts

An account is created by signing in with LINE or Google. Keeping those credentials safe is yours to do.

4. Your property information stays yours

You own it. We copy and publish it only as far as running the service requires.

You decide what is published. You may withdraw it at any time, and publication stops promptly when you do.

5. The channel manager connection

The connection is read-only. We never write to your rates or your inventory.

The key it uses is yours to revoke, at any time.

6. What it costs

The service is free to use today.

If a paid plan starts, we will tell you what it includes, what it costs and when it begins, and ask you to sign up for it. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

7. What you may not do

You may not:

• register property information that is not true
• register a property you are not authorized to act for, or impersonate anyone
• access the service without authorization, or put it under excessive load
• use it for anything unlawful

8. Changes and withdrawal

We may change what the service does, or stop providing it. If we stop, we will give 30 days’ notice.

9. Limits

We do not guarantee how an AI agent will treat your property, nor that using the service will bring you more bookings.

Except where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law.
