VibeBooking is built on open standards such as schema.org and llms.txt. We are also following the work by Google and others on UCP for Lodging, a shared standard for lodging.

Q. How does my inn get found by ChatGPT?

A. AI reads your own site too, but it cannot read your rooms or rates: both sit behind the booking calendar. VibeBooking puts a page for AI on your own domain, reads your rooms and rates from your channel manager, and publishes them in the standards AI already reads, like schema.org and llms.txt. Each AI decides what to recommend, but a property whose rooms and rates it can read is one it can use to answer a traveler.

Q. How do I pay less in OTA commission?

A. You do not have to leave your OTAs. You add a route that sends guests an AI found straight to your own booking page. VibeBooking's booking commission is 0%. We are not an intermediary, so we take nothing per booking.

Q. Does this affect my OTA contracts or rate parity?

A. VibeBooking shows AI the same rates you already set for your booking page in your channel manager. We never change your prices or offer discounts, so your rates stay exactly as you set them. If your OTA contract has special terms, check them as you would for any new channel.

Q. Is there a setup fee?

A. Free and Standard: no setup fee, no minimum contract. You can drop back to Free whenever you like. For Enterprise, contact us about the setup fee and the contract terms.

Q. How much does it cost per month?

A. The Free plan is $0 a month for one property and one user. For Standard and Pro, contact us.

Q. Which systems does it work with?

A. Beds24 today. More are on the way, and Channex is planned. On a different PMS or channel manager? Tell us which one. VibeBooking only reads your rates; nothing writes to them.

Q. Are guests really booking through AI yet?

A. Not many yet, because few properties let AI read their rooms and rates. Travelers are moving, though: domestic travelers in Japan who use generative AI to look things up went from 9.7% to 28.8% in one year (JTB Tourism Research & Consulting, December 2025). US travelers who plan trips with generative AI went from 15% to 25% in one year (Deloitte Summer Travel Survey, 2026). The more properties AI can read, the better it gets at answering where to stay.
